MATER Corporation launches its first catalog of corporate gifts with a purpose

The catalog, designed by artist Angelito Peñaranda, invites companies to give meaningful gifts that support the health of children awaiting medical care in Chile.

In a bid to combine art, solidarity, and sustainability,Corporación MATERlaunched itsfirst corporate gift catalog, an innovative proposal that seeks to inspire companies to give gifts with purpose this holiday season.

The collection—created in collaboration with artistAngelito Peñaranda—includesbags, waterproof tablecloths, toiletries bags, microfiber towels, and office accessories, all featuring colorful designs full of hope and nature. More than20 unique productsmake up this catalog, designed for organizations that want to leave their mark with details thattranscend the material.

"This is the first time we have developed a catalog of this type, and it arose from the need to open up new avenues of financing for Corporación MATER. What sets us apart is that each design has an artistic stamp and a charitable purpose. With each gift, companies can give something beautiful and useful, but also a message of support to children awaiting medical care throughout Chile," explainedMaría José del Pino, the institution's Partnerships and Events Coordinator.

Angelito Peñaranda's designs are the visual heart of this new line. The artist, known for her vibrant and optimistic style, sought to reflect a message of life, connection, and hope in each piece.

"I have always tried to make my art a contribution to others and a ray of light for those who enjoy it. These designs are cheerful and full of nature because they invite you to reconnect with love for yourself, for others, and for the environment," said the artist.

Each product canbe customized with company logos or insignia, making it an ideal alternative for organizations seekingto communicate their values and social commitmentduring the end-of-year celebrations.

The partnership will enable the development of various initiatives in urological and nephrological health, with a special focus on children.
Dr. Francisca Yankovic is a pediatric surgeon and urologist who trained at the University of Chile and completed a subspecialty fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. An associate professor at the University of Chile, director of the Pediatric Urology training program, and past president of the Chilean Society of Pediatric Surgery, she has firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by children with complex urological conditions. For nearly a decade, she has volunteered with Corporación MATER, an experience that has confirmed to her that improving access to healthcare can change a life.
Dr. Renato Gana has been associated with Corporación Mater since its inception. As a pediatric urologist, he participated in the first surgical campaigns and has been part of an initiative that aims to provide specialized surgery to children living in regions where treating certain conditions can be much more difficult.
More than 50 children were able to undergo surgery thanks to new medical campaigns organized by Corporación MATER in collaboration with local health services and various partner institutions.
The MATER Children's Kidney Foundation brought together those who helped it take its first steps to thank them for three decades of support, solidarity, and work on behalf of children throughout Chile.
